At this time we are all facing unique and unprecedented challenges. These challenges not only impact our professional lives but also all elements of our society - and most importantly - our families and loved ones. 

As we move forward with precaution and care, we would like to take a moment to let you know QWERTY's approach to navigating the current situation and to continue providing unwavering support to our Clients and their end users. 

We have developed a thorough and methodical Business Continuity plan for QWERTY Concepts back in 2015. Since then, we have allowed our employees to work remotely if they chose to. This allowed us to test the business continuity plan and make adjustments proactively. While we never imagined that we'd need to execute it under the circumstances we are facing today, we are certain in our ability to deliver upon it - and are grateful that we've found ourselves immensely more prepared than we ever thought we would need to be. At this time, the plan has been fully implemented and we have taken every measure to ensure that our team and systems are prepared to provide you with the maximum levels of communication, service, and support required to navigate the days and weeks ahead. 

As of now, we have completed the transition and enforce that all of our staff work remotely. Our cloud-based business systems have ensured that we have no reliance to any physical offices and that they leverage redundant architectures we use are able to follow us in many directions and various distances. This has enabled us to maintain availability, support response times and all functions without any interruption. 

Rest assured that the entire QWERTY team remains unwaveringly committed to your success. We also want to ensure your success is unwavered by the current events taking place. 

As governments and health organizations continue to recommend policies and social distancing - remote employees and remote workforces are now "the new normal". We want you to know that we are here to support you and to work with you as you face any challenges while optimizing these potentially unconventional work environments. 

Now is the time for all of us to come together. Please know that our team at QWERTY Concepts is here for you and will remain by your side as we move through the days, weeks and months ahead.

COVID-19 "Coronavirus" Advisory

We are closely following the CDC's guidelines and recommendations on the steps we can take to help prevent the spread of the virus. We have shared specific instructions with our employees on the importance of washing their hands and staying home if they feel sick. Additionally, in order to abide by the CDC's recommendations as well as the recommendations of the federal, state, and local administration we have implemented the following changes and protocols pertaining to on-site service:

- To protect both our Clients and Employees, we will request any on-site services that are not emergency or critical be postponed and/or rescheduled.

- Any on-site service that cannot wait and the business has employees working, we will request to schedule the visit after business-hours.

- Any work being performed at end user stations, will be cleaned with a disinfectant before and after use by QWERTY consultants.

- QWERTY consultants will arrive with their own keyboard/mouse combinations to use for service and/or troubleshooting.
